Hand and hands alone, no, and it can actually be harmful to play too much. However, certain games do actually help develop hand-eye coordination, but that’s not hand exercise.

Lol. Ive heard it really does make you more coordinated. And you have muscles in your hands and fingers..etc so since you can excersise anything with muscles id say yes. Its not gonna make any difference other than hurting hands. Maybe take a break from videogames and computer and wait a while and maybe your hands will stop hurting.
