I would like to operate more than one task, but video games are always full screen. Is there a way to minimize the screen so i can do other things while playing.

go to the display settings of the game that you are playing and then go find the windowed mode in the video settings and after that the screen should be smaller. And if it doesn’t work change the resolution to the lowest possible resolution (the 800×640 i think)
